Refund policy

Please Note:

Shipping your item Could take up to one week depending if the item misses the allocated pick up. Pick ups are on every Tuesday so your item must be in the system before Monday in order to allow time for processing them. Most items are hand made so please allow plenty of time when ordering. Orders are processed in order according top how they are received. If your order is urgent please contact me so it can be fast tracked.

Your item can only be returned back to us if it is damaged beyond repair or it is not as described in the photo or description of goods bought. You have 72 hours to lodge you return request from the time you have received it. Items exceeding this time frame will not be considered for a return. It is important to inspect your items as soon as you receive them including if the item is for a gift and you don't intend to give that person the gift straight away.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at stephthefairymaker@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
