Shipping policy

Free shipping to anywhere in Australia for orders over $150 value.  Flat rate shipping of $16.95 for orders between $20 and $150.  For smaller orders under $20, shipping costs are $12.95.

We mostly use Australia Post for our shipping provider however other couriers are also used sometimes. Due to the current situation with Covid-19 there is no signature on delivery and parcels are being left at the front door. If you feel this is not safe for this to take place please provide us with further instructions on where you would like your parcel to go. 

PO Boxes and parcel lockers are excepted when shipping with Australia post however on the rare occasion that your parcel needs to be shipped via a courier service you will be contacted by The Fairy Maker to provide a shipping address.

Express post is an option on all of our products however that does not mean it is dispatched the next day. We have a 3-5 business days turn around for all our products to be made and dispatched so please allow plenty of time for that process to happen.
